By accessing or using the Bookiezo Resort website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We accept all major credit cards. A deposit equal to one night's stay (including tax) will be charged at time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Special event periods and group bookings may have different cancellation policies.
A daily resort fee of $45 plus applicable taxes will be added to all reservations. This fee includes:

Bookiezo Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Only service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our separate Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Bookiezo Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by guests, except where such liability is imposed by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
